Abstract
In 1962, MIT’s Russel launched the first commercial game, “Space War,” and computer games have evolved into a variety of genres. In this talk, we look back at the history and development of game technology from the 1970s console games, the 1990s PC games, the 2000s online games, and the current smartphone games. Also we anticipate the future games based on VR/AR technology.
